Cheryl received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. Her first job out of college was in Sales where she was quickly promoted to Management for her successes. Cheryl implemented the Inside Sales Department at Rand McNally which proved to be very profitable year after year and then moved to Sales Director at the TRW Resource Center now called Experian. Cheryl then started her own recruiting company to help companies hire great sales talent and then she moved on to her love for Real Estate by selling new construction homes.
In 2004, Cheryl joined Keller Williams Realty and has built a reputation by providing unparalleled service and expert advice to her clients. With a background in sales, management, education, and client care for large corporations and in Real Estate, you can count on Cheryl to provide you with a holistic and well-rounded experience in New Construction and Resale properties.

As an invested member of the real estate community, Cheryl has obtained her real estate license in Georgia and Florida as an Associate Broker.
She has been a member of the Keller Williams Realty Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and she is an active member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), Phoenix Award Winner - Elected to Elite REALTOR® Society/Million Dollar Club for 19 years, and Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Cheryl loves to spend time with her 3 children and her fun-loving Morkie dog around her Alpharetta home. She is a beach lover where she invested in a second home in the Panhandle of Florida. Cheryl also enjoys experiencing new restaurants and live music with family, friends and clients at the many venues in the Atlanta area.

Matthew Kuglin, Loan Officer
Matt Kuglin has over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. He led the top-producing joint venture team in the nation in loan volume and total number of homes closed in 2023. He also was the number one individual loan officer within his organization in 2022 for both loan volume and number of homes closed. Collectively, his team has over 50 years of experience aiding clients in their home purchase or refinance. He prides himself on consulting his clients on the products and programs available that are financially beneficial short and long term.
Matt is a Georgia native and grew up in Metro Atlanta. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. Matt and his wife, Rachel, currently live in Alpharetta, GA. They had their daughter, Reagan, in June 2020. In his spare time, Matt enjoys golf, running, pickleball, playing in an adult basketball league, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. His favorite places to travel are Scottsdale, New York, Santa Barbara and 30A at Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
Matt and his team are currently licensed in five Southeastern states – Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee.
