Cheryl Amari, Realtor / Associate Broker
Cheryl Amari is a distinguished real estate expert and Associate Broker with over 20 years of experience in new construction, resales, vacation homes, investment properties, active adult communities, and land in Georgia and Florida. She is recognized as a 'Top 10 Realtor' in the Southeast who excels in successful negotiations and sales. She specializes in luxury real estate and senior living transitions. Cheryl also aids clients in building and transferring generational wealth through Trusts, 1031 Exchanges, and other strategies as a Keller Williams Real Estate Planner.
Cheryl joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004 and has built a reputation by providing unparalleled service and expert guidance to hundreds of clients. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Cheryl spent a decade in sales management, building profitable departments for large corporations. Her extensive sales and real estate experience allows her to deliver effective marketing, exceptional client care, and assistance in making wise investment decisions. Cheryl's dedication to clients is why she was ranked as the Number 1 Agent in the Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North office 2 two years in a row.

Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her three adult children and her dog in the beautiful town of Alpharetta, GA. As a beach enthusiast, she invested in a second home in the Florida Panhandle. She enjoys exploring new restaurants and live music in Atlanta, GA, and Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Matt Kuglin has over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. He led the top-producing joint venture team in the nation in loan volume and total number of homes closed in 2023. He also was the number one individual loan officer within his organization in 2022 for both loan volume and number of homes closed. Collectively, his team has over 50 years of experience aiding clients in their home purchase or refinance. He prides himself on consulting his clients on the products and programs available that are financially beneficial short and long term.
Matt is a Georgia native and grew up in Metro Atlanta. He graduated from Georgia College and State University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. Matt and his wife, Rachel, currently live in Alpharetta, GA. They had their daughter, Reagan, in June 2020. In his spare time, Matt enjoys golf, running, pickleball, playing in an adult basketball league, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. His favorite places to travel are Scottsdale, New York, Santa Barbara and 30A at Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
Matt and his team are currently licensed in five Southeastern states – Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, and Tennessee.
